Event registration

Registration is required to attend the meeting at the United Nations. The registration fee collected will cover the cost of attendee giveaways including a Lions International padfolio, pen, commemorative event pin, presidential pin and printed souvenir program. There is no registration fee associated with attending the meeting at the United Nations.

The deadline to register is Tuesday, April 1, 2025 — no exceptions will be made after this date.

Pricing for LDUN Program is as follows:

Lion LDUN program: US$29.00
Leo LDUN program: US$15.00
Non-Lion guest LDUN program: US$29.00

The LDUN program concludes with an LDUN Farewell Reception sponsored by the Lions of Switzerland.

Please note that this event and supporting materials will be offered in English, French, German and Italian only.

Registration is also required with the United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) to receive a security access pass to attend the LDUN program. This additional registration is a requirement for accessing the United Nations compound and attending the LDUN program on April 15.

All tours require registration and are available on a first come, first served basis. Each tour will last approximately 45 minutes, and the last tour will conclude by 10:15 a.m.

Please wear comfortable shoes.

Please arrive by 8:40 a.m. at UNOG – Pregny Gate to complete the security screening.

Program notes:

Attire is business or business casual.
Please plan to arrive no later than 10:15 a.m. at UNOG – Pregny Gate to make your way through security screening to the conference facilities.
Bring your government-issued photo ID along with your LDUN event badge for the UNOG security. The name on your government-issued ID must match the name in your LDUN event registration.
The program provides for a lunch break. Food and drinks can be purchased at the UNOG cafeteria.
Presentations will be in English. Professional interpreters will be available in French, German and Italian.

Additional information

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refunds for LDUN Geneva must be requested before April 1, 2025. No exceptions will be made after this date.
All requests for cancellations and refunds must be made in writing via email to ldun@lionsclubs.org. No exceptions will be made.
LDUN registration cannot be transferred to another Lion, Leo, guest, child, or a future convention or future LDUN event.
A processing fee of US$10.00 will be withheld from each approved refund for LDUN registration.

Visa invitation letters

Lions International will no longer issue visa letters of invitation for LDUN events. Please refer to your country’s visa guidelines for travel to Switzerland for more information.
